Service Terms
- Website production is typically 7-21 days once onboarding details, content, access, and approvals are ready.
- Support requests are normally handled within 24-72 hours. Active clients receive the 24/7 support line details during onboarding.
- Monthly services require 14 days notice before cancellation.
- Final approved website content and client-provided assets belong to the client once paid. Portability, source files, third-party licenses, and platform transfers follow the signed agreement.
- Basic SEO covers launch foundations. Ongoing SEO covers monthly reporting, keyword targeting, posts, blogs, location pages, and on-page content updates.
- Domain, hosting, and SSL setup are included while the Growth Platform is active unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- New features, major redesigns, extra pages, complex integrations, rush work, paid tools, ad spend, and third-party platform fees are quoted separately.
